Pepita Chicken


  • 2 Chicken Breasts
  • 1/4 Cup Milk
  • 1 Egg
  • 1 Cup Chopped Juanita's Pepitas
  • 2 Tablespoons Butter


  • Mix eggs and milk
  • Roll in chopped Pepitas
  • Drizzle 1 Tablespoon Butter on each breast
  • Bake uncovered in 375 degree oven for 45 minutes - to 170 degrees
  • Serve and Enjoy!!

Pumpkin Spice Pepitas

  • Grind Juanita's Pepitas Pumpkin Spice and add to your pumpkin pie crust for an extra pumpkin spice flavoring. Then add whole seeds to the top of your pie for another textural element.

Lime Pepitas

  • Grind Juanita's Pepitas Lime and use as a coating for fish instead of breadcrumbs for a citrus flavor.
